An elegant miniature vase in the classic Imari style – named after the Japanese port city of Imari from which this type of porcelain was exported worldwide. This vintage onion-shaped pipe vase dates from the Meiji period (1867-1912) and is decorated with the characteristic colour palette of underglaze blue, red and gold, combined with traditional floral motifs.
