Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that you arrange the return shipment yourself and pay the shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

EU 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving the return, via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
